Programs of change

There are situations where it is useful to utilize outsiders to coordinate a large project of change. For example, if your own organization lacks:

  • human resources for coordinating the execution of the program of change, 
  • sufficient experience with implementing challenging changes simultaneously, or 
  • the change needs to be implemented faster that what your own organization would be capable of, or 
  • your own organization wants to focus strictly on its core area of expertise.

Programs of change are suitable for companies that are usually larger than 10 M€ and have several large projects of change that need to be implemented simultaneously. Programs of change are customized separately for each customer.
